Cobra "Bridge" Series Compact Alarm Systems
| This is the latest state of the art technology. It utilises "rolling
code" radio transmission and the new ergonomically designed remote controls are
multi-functional. They feature a long life lithium battery as well. This
should give your four to five years of use before they require battery replacement. There
are three models in our range and all models offer the latest insurance company
requirement of "passive" (automatic) immobilisation which is programmable at the
time of installation. |

In our standard installation we protect all doors, boot and bonnet (providing
the vehicle has door courtesy light switches) fitted. The alarm has a panic button
on the remote as well. The siren is 114 decibel (the legal limit) and in the event
of an alarm condition the alarm will sound and the blinkers flash for one minute then it
will reset and re-protect the vehicle. There is an eight channel diagnostic system
to tell you when it has gone off and in fact what set it off. The alarm also
features the option of auto-adjusting ultrasonic internal movement sensors that will pick
up anything that moves in the vehicle. |
The 7916 and 7918 also
feature an internal back-up battery system in the event that a thief tries to cut your
main battery. There is a monitor that lets you know if the vehicle is not secure
when you arm the system. A flashing dashboard warning light comes on when the alarm
is set.

There is a number of accessories that can be connected to the alarm systems one
in particular is our article 5450 level reference monitor which through scientific
technology will let you know if your vehicle has been moved 5 degrees over three seconds
from any axis at any angle.
